ORDERING POLICY

1.1 Order online! – When you place an order through Lot Ten Furniture you will find it safe, easy, secured and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24 hours a day

1.2 Call us! –  You can reach us always contact us from Monday -Friday, 11AM till 6PM (except Public Holiday) for assistance.

2.1 Credit Cards & Debit Cards – We accept MasterCard and Visa with 3D/OTP.

2.2 We also accept payments through PayPal.

2.3 We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.

2.4 Fraud checks will be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible, however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.

2.5 We also accept Online Payment and Credit Card Installment, please refer our Terms and Conditions.

3.1 After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent “Lot Ten Furniture – Order Confirmation” email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say “Lot Ten Furniture – Order Confirmation” and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt – so don’t delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.

3.2 If you do not receive “Lot Ten Furniture- Order Confirmation” email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may easily and conveniently print a receipt for the order via My Account.

4.1 When you join our email list, you will become eligible for the various discounts and promotions that we offer periodically on selected items. Should you receive any promotion code from us via email, SMS or contest giveaway, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount.
